Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with legendly.xyz is to stop using the Service.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of any Tool will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use the Tools and the Service at your own discretion and risk.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless legendly.xyz, its operators, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts for the purpose of litigating any claim or dispute.
